Established in 1999 by its current and only director Eric Motan Reyes in the city of Xelapa, Veracruz, Mexico.
BMB is composed of more than 250 musicians, including students and alumni of the Industrial Technical Secondary School n.3. It was created by its directors with the aim of promoting the traditions and values of the Mexican culture among young people: a successful extracurricular educational project was born, that promotes music not only within their State but internationally.
Nowadays, BMB is considered one of the best musical groups in Mexico: so much that students want to enter the Industrial Technical Secondary School No. 3, to be part of this great musical project. Highly dedicated young people who give up their free time to practice almost every day of the year.
Versatility is a key feature of the Mexican group, with their well-balanced national and international repertoire, showing the most popular pieces of music, and leading the audience to an unimaginable journey around the world through music. Their costumes are really original, as the band will wear the pre-Hispanic costume of “Azteca”, as well as a group of dancers who will wear the traditional Mexican costume, full of bright colors that will animate with singular joy.
Throughout all the history of the band, they have travelled pretty much almost the entire territory of the Mexican Republic and they have participated in municipal events, national competitions, military and civic parades, carnivals, and much more, as well as they have gained great achievements and awards Internationally.
